Emotional intelligence coaching · Ages 6–15
Feelings can be learned, just like reading or maths. Through play, stories and simple tools, Grow Beyond helps children name, understand and handle their emotions, and gives parents gentle words for the tricky moments.

Every meltdown is a message. So is every quiet "I'm fine." Together, we can learn to read them.
The 30-minute storm
What's really behind the tears over a broken crayon or the "wrong" plate?
The quiet "I'm fine"
What happened at school today that doesn't have words yet?
Sibling sparks
What if every squabble is a chance to practise fairness and making up?
Big little worries
Exam nerves, friendship ups and downs, "everyone is better than me." Where do these thoughts begin?
What changes
We use the language of inner weather: feelings come and go like clouds, and every child can learn to read their own sky. The way we talk about it grows up with your child.
AGES 6–8 · MY CLOUD FRIEND
Feeling words, calm-down corners and story play that turn tantrums into talk.
AGES 9–11 · FEELINGS FORECAST
Handling conflict, empathy for others, and bouncing back from mistakes.
AGES 12–15 · I AM THE SKY
Stress, self-talk, exam pressure and open conversations with parents.
Not sure where to begin? A 15-min clarity call will show you the right focus for your child.
Imagine this
It's a Tuesday evening. Your seven-year-old drops their school bag with a thud and stomps off to their room.
You knock, sit beside them and ask softly: "Is your tummy feeling stormy, or fizzy?" A pause. A small hand points to their chest. "Stormy." Two minutes later, you're hearing all about the friend who didn't save them a seat at lunch.
That pause is where emotional intelligence begins. It's what we practise together, one playful session at a time.
Why coaching works
Emotional intelligence grows the way any skill does: with understanding, regular practice and the right guidance. Here's what's happening beneath the giggles and the crayons.
When a child puts a feeling into words, the thinking part of the brain gets a chance to catch up with the feeling part. That's why we begin with feeling words.
Young brains keep growing and rewiring. Each time a child practises a calm breath or a kind thought, that path grows a little stronger, until it becomes a habit.
Stories, art, movement and games give children a safe way to explore big feelings, with no pressure to get anything "right."
Coaching asks rather than tells. Gentle, curious questions help children discover their own answers, and what they discover themselves tends to stay with them.
Every session follows four clear steps, adapted to your child's age.
And you're part of it too. Children borrow calm from the grown-ups around them. Parent check-ins give you simple words and tools, so everyday moments at home keep the learning growing.

Meet your coach
I'm a certified emotional intelligence coach specialising in children aged 6 to 15. I trained with Inspire Coach Academy, whose programme is accredited by ACCPH (UK), and I bring coaching, play, EFT tapping, mindfulness and movement together in one structured method. I'm also a mother of two, so I know these moments from the inside.
Our children are growing up in a world that changes faster than any generation before them. More pressure, more comparison, more noise, and jobs that don't even exist yet. Marks and skills will open doors. But what keeps them standing when life gets hard is what's inside: knowing who they are, handling stress, bouncing back, and treating themselves and others with kindness.
My mission is simple: to help every child grow into a calm, confident, kind adult who can thrive in whatever the world asks of them.
Questions parents ask
We spend 15 minutes getting to know your child: their triggers, their strengths and what you'd love to see change. You leave with one simple tool to try that same evening. If coaching is the right next step, I'll recommend a plan. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
Children aged 6 to 15. Activities are designed for each stage: 6–8, 9–11 and 12–15. Little Mindful Movers is for ages 4–8, and the Colour Your Feelings workshop is for ages 5–12.
Yes. Sessions are live online, so your child can join from the comfort of home, wherever you are.
A little, and it makes a big difference. In the 8-week programme you get a check-in every two weeks plus simple tools to use at home, so your child hears the same feeling words everywhere.
Many children share through drawing, stories and games long before they talk about feelings directly. We go at your child's pace, and the first sessions are all about feeling safe and having fun.
Every child is different. Often the first small shifts show up as a pause before a meltdown, or a feeling named instead of shouted. Lasting habits grow with steady practice over the full programme.
Yes. I share themes, progress and home tools with you, while keeping your child's words safe, unless there's ever a concern about their safety.
EFT tapping means lightly tapping points on the hands and face while naming a feeling. It's calm, playful and non-invasive, and children quickly learn to use it on their own.
Yes. I offer age-wise classroom EQ sessions for students, plus orientation talks for teachers and parents. Message me on WhatsApp to plan one.
